The employee that we'd like you to meet this week is Trent Edwards. He is a door assembler who has been with us for 2 years. His core duties are to build interior doors and frames and to assemble them. He is also adept at assembling hollow metal door packages, doing edgebanding, running a router and constructing ceiling elements. His favorite thing to do at work is building doors. Away from work, he loves to spend time with his child and greatly enjoys Cajun food. His immediate goal is to get his driver's license.

This week, we'd like to introduce you to Paul Stephens, our Chief Financial Officer. He has been with us for 10 years! As CFO, he is responsible for all of the finances of the company, including payroll. In addition, he assists our customers with payments, contracts and compliance documents. Paul also wears an HR hat so that means he handles such duties such as interviewing and hiring new employees.
Paul enjoys the math and finance part of his job, but his favorite thing about being at CIM is the people. He delights in building relationships with everyone and it's very rewarding to him when he truly gets to know each individual. Outside of work he absolutely loves playing music and singing in church or with friends at local events. He has been happily married for 30 years and has 3 adult children whom he is very proud of. This summer, he is looking forward to traveling to the Mediterranean area. One of Paul's goals for himself is to continue to navigate the company growth we are experiencing. He wants to focus on being more efficient, learning from challenges and simply put: always improving.

We are thrilled to share finished photos of the Aylo Howell Bridge project that we recently completed. Previously, we shared a few sneak peeks of the reception area counter while it was still in the design phase. Check out how perfectly the solid surface turned out! We couldn't be more proud of our team for doing such a wonderful job all around!

We recently had the privilege of providing and installing the casework at Good Samaritan Health & Wellness Center right here in our hometown of Jasper, GA. The photos show a small sampling of the cabinets and countertops we provided for the pharmacy, exam rooms and other areas.

Meet Adam Williams, one of our Design Engineers. Adam has been with us for an impressive 12 years! During that time he has become indispensable by learning how to do just about everything - from running machines in the shop (routers, edgebander, beam saw, etc) to doing engineering drawings. When he's focused on the engineering side, he really enjoys doing restroom partition drawings. When he's spending time in the shop his favorite machine to run is the ONSRUD. Outside of work, Adam has an adorable young daughter that he loves spending time with and he enjoys trading on the stock market. One of his goals for work is to learn IX so he can also do casework drawings. A personal goal is to travel outside of the country someday and see more of the world.
